Club Policies

Our Commitment
Aiken FC believes every player deserves to
play, develop, belong, and feel safe. We expect players, coaches, parents, and spectators to help create a positive soccer environment built on respect, responsibility, and teamwork.

Concussion Policy

Concussion & Injury Safety
Aiken FC is committed to the safety and well-being of every player. Any player showing signs or symptoms of a concussion or other significant injury will be removed from play and will not return until appropriate medical clearance and club requirements have been met. We at Aiken FC follow U.S. Soccer Concussion Protocols and Procedure that you can see in the link below.

Weather & Heat Policy

Weather & Heat Safety
Player safety comes first during all practices and games. Coaches will monitor weather conditions, temperature, heat index, lightning, and field conditions. Training or matches may be modified, delayed, or canceled when conditions become unsafe. Players are expected to bring plenty of water and communicate with their coach if they are feeling overheated, unwell, or unsafe.

We at Aiken FC follow the Protocols and Procedure for Heat and Weather from U.S Soccer as outlined in the link below.

Players and families are encouraged to report concerns to a coach or club leadership so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
