AFC 2020-2021 Registration OPEN

It's time to register your child for the 2020-2021 Season!

To complete the 2020-2021 registration form, log in to your AFC account (AFC Login). If you do not have an account, please register for an account (Create Account). Once logged in, cick on "Available Programs" for each of your players and choose "AFC 2020-2021 Registration".
