AFC 2020-2021 Evaluations are now Open!

It's time to register your child for the 2020-2021 Evaluations! These evaluations help us plan for the upcoming season. Evaluation dates will be announced shortly.

To complete the Evaluations form, log in to your AFC account (AFC Login). If you do not have an account, please register for an account (Create Account). Once logged in, cick on "Available Programs" for each of your players and choose "AFC 2020-2021 Evals".
