AFC 2022-2023 Evaluations

It's time to register your child for the 2022-2023 Evaluations! These evaluations help us plan for the upcoming season. Evaluation dates will be announced shortly.

To complete the Evaluations form, log in to your AFC account (AFC Login). If you do not have an account, please register for an account (Create Account). Once logged in, cick on "Available Programs" for each of your players and choose "AFC 2022-2023 Evaluations".

The AFC 2022-2023 Evaluation sessions are as follows:

Birth Years 2015-2011 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Birth Years 2004-2010 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm

If you have any questions, please come to evaluations and talk to one of our coaches.
